Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of all communicable diseases to the best of our knowledge. This puppy is free from any health defects and is the best pet quality available. The puppy is guaranteed against health defects for a period of 7 days from the arrival date and congenital problems for six months from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover what is considered common breed conditions, such as but not limited to: cherry eye, Entropion, loose hips and knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate and autoimmune disorders.

This guarantee does not include Coccidia, Giardia, and Kennel Cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused and brought on by stress. These are easily treated by your local vet.

As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings for his/her age and weight. The buyer has been informed of these. Any future vaccinations and wormings due are the responsibility of the new owner.

A puppy with a defect must be returned to seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy owner only and is nontransferable and nonassignable to a second party.

If the puppy should happen to die within the six month time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason. If the reason of death is diagnosed congenital, all findings and reports must be sent to and agreed upon by our vet before a replacement puppy is given. It is at the discretion of the seller if the buyer receives a replacement puppy or refund. This guarantee does not include any problems the puppy develops due to accidents or injury in his/her new home.

This health guarantee is null and void if the following terms and conditions are not fulfilled: Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of puppies arrival. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination results together with a copy of the examination report and/or proof of examination. The failure of this will result in cancellation of this guarantee. Vet bills and/or medications are not covered in the guarantee.

I have read and understand the above guarantee and information regarding this puppy guarantee and agree to this document in full. To validate your guarantee, this page must be signed and returned to us no later than 10 days after the puppy arrives. We must also receive a copy of your puppies vet visit that was made within the 72 hours after the puppies arrival.
