Team Bully is owned by Jean and Eric Jacobsen. Living in N.Y. Showing presently in the North East but trying to work our way south. All the dogs were trained by Jean except for Spanky who was trained and handled by Eric.
Jean is a trainer in NY who started with dogs in 2001, but has been training and riding horses for over 30 years.

Presently owned and running a training center in NY, "Partnership Training" Bohemia, NY. Using Positive Reinforcement Methods to train, a good diet with plenty of exercise, Jean has brought these dogs to where they are today. The Team is now trying their paws at "Flyball". Wish them luck!

This is "Buster." His registered name is "Bailey's Thunder Buster". Bred at Indian Ridge Kennels, Pleasant Hope, Missouri. His father is "Peppe's Thunder" and his Mother is "Indian Ridge Bailey". Buster was our 1st bulldog.

He was born October 20th, 2001. He has really made a mark in the agility ring.
He is currently showing in the top classes in AKC and NADAC agilty.
He is an Elite dog in NADAC and an Excellent dog in AKC.
He also holds a Novice Versatility Title in NADAC.

Buster also is trying his paw at "flyball". He has just started competing and has earned 2 titles and currently ranks 7th for this breed in the USA and Canada!
He also enjoys skateboarding, a good game of fetch and swimming. He is also very social and goes everywhere with me. Buster is very smart and learns quickly.

UPDATE: Buster is now ranked # 6 Bulldog in North America in flyball!! No longer in 7th!! He should also have no problem taking the # 5 spot in the rankings by our next tournament March 24th. Yahoo!! We are reaching for the # 1 by next year if not before. It is a real accomplishment since there are only 17 bulldogs even registered with NAFA for flyball!

He is willing to try anything I ask him to. He is proof that bulldogs can do as many things as any other breed can. I have big hopes for Buster.

Currently he is earning points towards his NATCH.
The highest Title you can earn in NADAC Agility and accomplished only once before by a bulldog.

This is a difficult title to earn for any breed of dog.

This is "Darla" registered name "Peppe's Precious China Doll Darla". She was born May 18th 2004. She was bred at Indian Ridge Kennels, Pleasant Hope, Missouri.
Her Father is "Peppe's Thunder" and her Mother is "Indian Ridge Polly."
Darla has been my biggest challenge yet! She is a very lively and confident dog with a mind of her own. She does things on her own agenda. She is coming around though currently showing agility in AKC and NADAC "North American Dog Agility Council."

She is only a 3yr old and a Novice dog in competition, recently she has completed most of her Novice titles in NADAC and will be moving up to Open classes.
When she keeps her focus she is very good and shows great potential. We expect good things from her as she matures.
Her other hobbies include skateboarding and socializing. She is a ham and loves people, very social.

This is "Spanky". His registered name is "Puddin's Slow Gin Fizz".
He was also bred at Indian Ridge Kennels, Pleasant Hope, Missouri.
His father is Peppe's Thunder and his mother is Indian Ridge Saphire.
He was born April 8th 2003.
He is currently running in AKC and NADAC Agility and is finishing up his Open titles and is started in Elite in some classes. NADAC Agility is a sport that has an obstacle course that must be taken in a numbered sequence within a set time frame that must be run fault free.
Spanky is also trying his paw at "Flyball"! This is a team sport where 4 dogs race down a 2' wide lane 50' long over 4 hurdles to a box loaded with balls.

They jump on the box to release the ball and race back to their handler. Like a relay upon the 1st dog crossing the finish line the second dog is released. This continues till all dogs have run, constituting 1 race. There are 3-5 races per heat. This event has other teams racing along side you and is based on time.
"Team Bully" is living proof that a bulldog will jump through hoops for you! These dogs love to play, enjoy their food and treats, but mostly want to be with you. They are very social by nature.
They can be a handful as they also can be very active and like to rough house. However, they also like to hangout and watch TV or visit with friends or take a ride in the car. They are an all around dog!

Buster received a new title in flyball FDCH=Flyball Dog Champion and enough points to take over the 5th position in the bulldog rankings for NorthAmerica! Spanky is here at his very first tournament earning his first title FD=Flyball Dog as well as earning enough points to put him 8th in the rankings. We are very proud of them and wanted to share the videos so everyone can see it. Enjoy! We are looking to put Buster in 4th place at next weeks tournament!

Wish us luck!
